Bromeliad Neoregelia 'Johannis' - Full Sun Exotic!

Neoregelia Johannis is a classic species that distinguishes itself in the shade house or in the landscape. With more direct sunlight this beauty grows a deeper and deeper red in tight concentric but wandering bands on the upper leaf surfaces. Can grow to quite immense size reaching up to 30" across in some instances. I consider this to be capable of being called a "GIANT" bromeliad.
